I've mailed my package to the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?
It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.
Returns and Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer returns for opened and used products. However if your package/ products are unopened and unused simply ship the package back to us within 15 calendar days of purchase; major holidays not included.
Once we have received your package, we will process your refund. A $3.00 restocking fee and the initial $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. feel free to provide details on what ingredient you may have had a reaction to

How do I cancel my order?
We are not able to cancel an order once it has been fully processed and entered for shipment. Once it has been shipped, the order must be shipped back and processed as a return. A $3.00 restocking fee and the initial $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
